HP completed the acquisition of OuterBay on February 17, 2006. HP has been offering OuterBay's industry-leading Application Data Management suite as HP StorageWorks RIM for Databases, HP's worldwide
integrated database archiving solution, since the two companies announced a technology and distribution agreement in September 2005. This product is now being offered by HP Software as HP Database
Archiving.
